Completion Contracting Inc. Provided management services and on site construction management to bonding and insurance companies for projects in default on performance guarantees. A partial list of projects includes an amphitheater in Los Angeles, an elevator upgrade in the City of Inglewood, seismic retrofits at USC and UCLA, school remodels in East LA.

Affordable housing projects built on contract for Burbank Housing Corporation, a non-profit housing development company; Cherry Hill condominiums, Petaluma, CA, Geyserville Townhomes, Geyserville, CA, Petaluma Townhomes, Petaluma, CA.

Sonoma Mountain Parkway Assessment District formed with 4 other developers to improve Ely Road in Petaluma, CA. This project included a deferred benefit fee district to assess future development. The group raised approximately $16,000,000.

Hearn Ave. widening project formed as a collaborative venture with Sonoma County, the City of Santa Rosa and one other developer.

Benjamin-Tuxhorn, a general partnership 1978 – 1983, primary activity was construction of custom homes and remodels.

Benjamin-Tuxhorn Funds I-X included office building renovations and ownership, subdivision development and construction, purchase of lots and speculative construction. Each fund had a different group of investors.

Subdivisions: Shelbourne Partnership, Santa Rosa subdivision, 63 homes; Tuxhorn Ranch Partnership, Saddlebrook Subdivision, 153 homes; Windrose Partnership, Santa Rosa subdivision, 120 homes; Bellevue Ranch LLC, Santa Rosa subdivision, 406 homes; 54 self-help lots for affordable housing units; 200 unit apartment site and a neighborhood commercial site; KingsMill Partnership, Petaluma subdivision, 146 homes; Geyserville Partnership, Geyserville subdivision, 56 homes; Canterbury LLC, Petaluma subdivision, 32 homes; Southwest LLC, Santa Rosa subdivision, 39 lots; Byrne Ct. subdivision, 6 lots; Blue Oak subdivision, Windsor, 8 lots; Yulupa Circle Partners, 4 homes; Kylie Lane subdivision, 12 lots.

Other: Yuba Drive wetland mitigation project, 11 acre salamander habitat bank and endangered species preservation area; Southwest Area Park, 4 acre neighborhood park.
