Since 1980, The Tuxhorn Company’s partners have been involved in many successful ventures including land development, residential construction, new home sales, commercial construction management, real estate and construction-related consulting.
During our careers we have received industry recognition as excellent marketers, planners and overall project developers. In addition, we have been active in industry and community service, serving as board members of the Home Building Association (HBA) of Northern California. Mr. Tuxhorn also served as president of the HBA and was a planning commissioner for the City of Santa Rosa.
In 2007, based on our economic projections and market analysis, we withdrew from the speculative real estate market and began offering our insight and analysis to attorneys, accountants, bankers and investors. The Tuxhorn Company is recognized for its abilities to offer salient and actionable advice to people involved in troubled real estate projects.
